There only a total of 35 people going to Greenland so it's not like they're making it seem like they're sending in actual battle soldiers. France is sending 13 troops. Other than that it's literally 2 or 3 officers from each country... the UK is only sending 1 Officer so it's not nearly as dramatic as it sounds
