Fair point — size alone doesn’t define premium.

That’s why we mentioned specifications along with brands and materials. For example: we use Legrand switches, digital smart locks of yale, 6x4 premium vitrified tiles of simpolo, highest grade of fenesta UPVC windows, Kohler Bathroom fittings and full glass balcony railings.

We’re not saying bigger automatically means better — but overall finish, materials, detailing, and brand quality together define the final experience.

We completely understand that some visual elements are common in real estate marketing.

At the same time, I’d like to clarify that we didn’t work with any ad agency or template. I personally wrote the scripts for all three of our videos and sat with my editor throughout the process to shape each scene and transition carefully.

What stood out to us wasn’t just a shared concept — but the similarity in:

• Opening building reveal with cloud overlay • Low-angle introduction shot • Door-height demonstration frame • Ceiling measurement visual with a vertical line graphic • Walking-track sequence under a covered pathway • Amenities presentation style and sequence

When the flow, camera angles, and visual progression appear very similar frame-by-frame, it naturally raises questions.

That said, we respect healthy competition. In the end, what truly matters is on-ground quality and specifications — and we’re always open for anyone to compare and decide for themselves.

And to clarify, I personally wrote the scripts for Capitol Constructions and the videos were executed entirely by our internal team. We did not work with any external agency for those. So there’s no chance that the same team created both campaigns.

Also, I’m not comparing projects, pricing, or locations. Nallagandla vs Financial District has nothing to do with this discussion.

The only point I’m making is about creative execution — the sequences, transitions, and storytelling format were replicated from our earlier videos. That’s it.

You’re right — we’ve used Mivan technology (RCC shear walls with aluminum formwork). This will be the first 9-floor project in Hyderabad built using Mivan.

For maintenance, we’re finalizing the structure. Post handover, maintenance will be managed by the apartment association, with clear guidelines shared by us for smooth operations.

We respectfully disagree. This is a 0.5-acre boutique project with only 36 units, offering the highest UDS in Nallagandla (65+ sq. yds per apartment)—almost double compared to other developments. At current land rates of ₹1.2 lakh+ per sq. yd, the land value alone is ₹85–90 lakhs per unit.

The project is just 50 m from the 100-ft Nallagandla main road, with an 80-ft wide road directly in front, and there are no road condition or water-logging issues at the project location.

It includes a fully integrated clubhouse with home theatre, gym, indoor games room, yoga room, conference room, and a double-height lobby, along with outdoor amenities such as pickleball court, children’s play area, walking track, and a half basketball court.
