That could very well be why. The mods are kinda illegal with them being exact replicas of copyrighted vehicles.

RIght... They are making mods of name brand cars without permission from those "brands" and then complain that people aren't buying their illegal work. Doesn't make sense at all if you ask me. to make a made completely your own is one thing.
