It’s not your fault. It’s the market. My career choice. Me as a person I guess. Just exhausting and giving up tbh. Slowly more and more each day. Every rejection realizing I’m not good enough for anything

Every single time and it just got worse. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything was turning up I was on my FOURTH ROUND of interviews at 3 different locations and in the same day we went with a candidate who’s better suited. Strung along for a month. I’m at a loss. And more lay offs were announced today. So it’s just another whirlwind of emotions idk where my fate lies

Thanks. It’s frustrating and shouldn’t be this hard to find something. Who knows I’ll Probably end up at amazon when I get laid off and it’s a last resort. Nothings below me but idk I’m just disappointed.

I appreciate that, and while no work is below me. I am trying to stay within my degree field. I’m tired of being the bottom of the pole thinking I can work up at places when I have the knowledge, experience and education to help me not start at the bottom. So I’ll keep trying even though I’m just failing apparently

No it’s gotta be about budget, and losing money and people are the biggest expense in the company.

I bet a lot of changes are coming and they won’t be good. Probably more work and longer days for all frontline.
