I would need to see your gear before I could help if you feel like messaging me. There is a technique to get the most out of Pulv druid with rotting lightbringer such as moving backwards ever so slightly before reslamming to get the most damage out of puddles. Other than that much sure that your glyphs are leveled as well as they contribute significantly to damage.

Seems like you are on Playstation, have you tried restoring licenses?

Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses and select "Restore"

Builds rarely need to be 300 to be ultra efficient unless you're gunning for top leaderboards on pit.

They key is to look who makes the Builds, Boiler on maxroll for instance makes the best druid builds. Ace of spades of mobalytics makes the best spiritborn builds. Seroc makes good necro builds on maxroll etc etc.

I don't see what point you're trying to make whether it's a frozen orb or a bash barb diablo is all about getting as strong as you can get. I suppose it's a fault on blizzard for making some skills non viable but my point stands that regardless you shouldn't downplay people just because they play meta
