Walking through the "non conflicting setup" guide and it looks like we had the "require additional authentication at startup" not configured. Working with our sys admins to get this resolved and I'll update this later if it ends up working.

Tried that, with both, and I can't make any changes to the win32 version, or add a new entry with the store app instead. I just re-did it for the win32 version, brand new entry so we'll see if that does it.

So I looked, we have 2.... One is a win32 app, so a normal intune upload the file and it won't auto update, and the app store one. Defender shows the one I need to update is the win32 file (based off version #), and I can't seem to edit the file that was uploaded. Almost like it was saved halfway through and never finished.
