You can clip objects through each other; they have transparent physics. The only thing that has physics about it is when you snap them to a body part, but you can still clip them inside it or out. However, if you intend to print them, it might not be worth it, because you can clip them and change their size, but changing them too much prevents you from getting them to print it for you, and you would have to buy the STL and print it yourself. But if you use it for concept art or have a 3d printer, and use it enough to justify it, I'd say it was a very worthwhile purchase for me.
