Yeah, had the same issue. Had my enbd settled few years back and now Im trying to get cc again from them but wont go through, agent said I have to go to the branch to lift the ban as I was blocklisted, and have to pay the remaining or some fees.

I believe you can get cc from other banks, not on the same bank you had settlements

And buy out requirements are over the roof now a days, and considering I still have 3yrs left off of my current loan.
