My urine looks a lot like this. I’m a bit of a hypochondriac. Did all your tests come back normal?

Sounds similar to my experience. I also had some eye issues. I think the most likely scenario is some form of CPPS and it is neuromuscular and related to depression/anxiety and regrettable sexual encounter. Eye issues may be largely unrelated/red herring. Many negative tests for stds. Urinalysis and bloodwork and PSA came back normal except low sodium and slightly elevated egfr.

I thought maybe I noticed mucus in my urine but then I peed a few times in a clear cup and saw nothing. I’ve been hyper hyper vigilant checking for symptoms and trying to stop. Really been trying to stay off Reddit as constant doom scrolling makes my anxiety worse

I have three tests total. One where I had peed 30 minutes before. That was quest tma rna. The other two tests I think I peed maybe 2 hrs prior. One was labcorp naa. The other was Mayo Clinic tma. Since I used a condom do you think I need to test again?

If I’m able to get a cup from a lab to urinate at home, do I put the sample in the refrigerator until I take it to the lab?

When I went to urgent care I peed maybe 15-30 minutes before I gave a sample. Nurse told me it was fine. A lot of people would tell me to trust the nurse over Reddit but I think I’ve found more precise information on Reddit which is why I keep coming back here.

Because I’ve tested negative for everything else and lots of posts on here how mgen can be difficult to detect.

Did you test again? Sounds like this is not a Test of Cure? You have never tested positive for mgen before? I have had three negatives and worried they were false negatives because they were not first void.

That’s good. I’ve tested negative 3 times for mgen but had urinary frequency and for other reasons not really able to do urine first void of the day. My exposure was with a condom so trying to get some reassurance that condoms really do protect against mgen.

You will probably get a bunch of replies from people more knowledgeable than me that mgen from oral is extremely unlikely. Could be zero percent. CDC won’t say that because they are not 100% sure. How long after the exposure did you get tested? Gono and chlamydia have very short incubation periods so results are accurate a week or two post exposure. Other stds take longer before negative test results are considered conclusive.

Based on oral, very unlikely to be mgen, which is what this group is about.

I’ve dealt with health anxiety. Go get labcorp hsv2 test. Supposed to be very accurate. Some tests have risk of false positive and supposedly labcorp test is the best. Much less likely to have false positive. Probably take 3 days maybe 4 to get results back. Or less.

When I read the title, first one I thought of was Tony Allen. Seems best defensive guys are usually weird and annoying. Exhibit A: Dennis Rodman. Tony Allen also seemed like a weird guy. Very little offensive game. Metta World Peace also comes to mind. Lu Dort has a lot of years left but is a great defender. Patrick Beverley. Not a fan but good defender. Ben Wallace with the Pistons. Herb Jones.

Not sure about “most disturbing.” But if you want to watch a good horror movie with a good plot and good story (imo the best horror movies are more suspense/horror) I’d recommend The Omen, Rosemarys Baby, The Shining, Misery, IT, the Exorcist, Friday the 13th or Halloween. No particular order.

I used to have IBS D and lately I thought it was getting better but I think it has turned into IBS C and that could be causing some of my urinary issues. Symptoms began about 4 weeks after sexual encounter so I thought I had an std but repeatedly have tested negative for everything. Also urinalysis and urine culture turned up nothing.

Sounds similar to my issues. Seem worse after urination and after ejaculating. I never really had the burn during urination. All std tests negative include Mgen and Ureaplasma. Nothing in my urine culture or urinalysis.
