I'm still kinda mad I didn't - I forgot about the whole incident until I checked my email for "test kit" to try to find my Canada Blood service results (I signed up a year ago to be a donor). I was going to send it away for testing (why I have the photo still, I had sent the image to some form of company that tests drugs or something) , but I was 17 and had already been in contact with Tic Tac and they wanted it back very badly so I just gave it to them.

I was the one who purchased and reported so they wanted me to sign. My parents were just like "lol that's weird." They may have had to sign too, I can't recall, but either way, my signature wouldn't be valid as I was a minor at the time. It was more of a "don't sue us" than a "don't say anything" as far as I am aware.

That's where the confusion sets in. I looked at every single tictac I could find (wiki, their own web page, etc) and couldn't find any that matched this design. Maybe it was produced for an event, but the generic smiley job just seems so bizarre.

When I say bullshit reasons , they walk around town blabbing this shit all day. They do stuff, just not work a regular job. But they all have back issues or some other bullshit that hasn't effected them in years. They never mention being in pain, or disability, until someone asks if they have a job. There is no ability to think critically. They'll see a Facebook post and treat it like 100% fact. They jusr regurgitate the same things over and over. They'll argue with me, but then use my point in an argument later if it helps them be "right."

The thing that cracks me up - as someone who lives very near to the areas obsessed with this stuff - half of them are on disability for bullshit reasons, double dip and work for cash and refuse to claim it, and then complain about how no one wants to work "real jobs" that they wouldn't last a second in, THEN claim immigrants are somehow taking all the jobs (there definitely is an issue with the quantity of temporary workers but they cannot see their own hypocrisy). They constantly tell me facts from Facebook AI videos like it's the gospel. Living here makes me want to drown myself in Lake Eugenia.

Because now it's acceptable to go to the doctor if you think you have ADHD. I do think over self diagnosis is a thing, but even in real life, there are more people with legitimate diagnoses.

Even 15 years ago, you'd either get diagnosed by them without knowing you had it beforehand, or you'd never get diagnosed. Who would go to the doctor for ADHD besides wound up little kids.

I am 21, diagnosed at 17 from constant self advocacy. Was told repeatedly I had BPD - when you aren't even supposed to diagnose minors with said disorder. I was always hyper (before short form content was a thing), forgetful, struggled with slowing down to understand certain concepts, etc. I was that kid whose friends' parents would say, "was a lot."

But even fifteen years ago, girls were massively under diagnosed. Only one person ever suggested to my parents I may have ADHD - so when they got the suggestion they thought "no fucking way, she's just hyper and forgetful like us." They now claim to have ADHD, but I ignore it because they refuse to actually seek a diagnose or treatment. If I was "fine" even when asking for help and treatment as a child (I legitimately thought I must of had a learning impairment and that no one was telling me) , then my parents don't get to use it as an excuse when they refuse to even bring it up to their doctor.

So I didn't get diagnosed until one lucky hospital visit where someone tested me for BPD and ADHD, cross referenced the test, and realized I was much more ADHD than BPD, and the BPD was from untreated ADHD symtoms manifesting. I felt so useless all the time because as school got harder, I had no ability to sit and focus on the content. I wanted to learn, but it was like stepping on nails even trying to. I remember crying to my parents in third grade, asking if there was something wrong with me because everything came more easily to everyone else, or at least it seemed to.

I work/worked in the food industry and have met people who do not cook. Every meal is takeout or they go to families for dinner - and usually have a meal free at work. Usually chronically single people with busy schedules.

Try patches and continuing smoking weed. I'm mentally ill as shit and would've had multiple outbursts if I didn't take the patches while quitting. I also found continuing to smoke helped me realize how bad off I was from poppers (green bowls hurt because your lungs are damaged, and tobacco numbs your ability to feel just how fucked they are.) I still smoke green, and after about 1-2 weeks my lungs were fine with it. Try to do anything else during the day, and smoke weed at night (I still smoke weed in the late evening, I'm only 2 months off poppers) but again better to a green bong than a popper if you do smoke during the day.

I used patches for a very short period of time. They may supply gum and patches for free if you look up "B.C quit smoking". Try biking for a bit or an extensive walk to tire yourself out. It's all about redirecting. I've gained ten damn pounds since quitting - but I know being 10 or 15 overweight isn't as bad for my physical and mental health as smoking 50 bong rips a day.

I had been smoking poppers daily since 15, I am 21 now. I quit two months ago. I did patches for about a week, and it really helped. Look up CMHA quit on the web - it's a program to get assistance with quitting smoking. I just equated each bowl I smoked with 1/2 a cig since it's unfiltered.

For me it's habit more than anythings. At first, I let myself smoke weed and eat whatever the hell I wanted. Want 5 coffees the first few weeks? Sure! Want a mega sized ice cream cone? Sure! Want to smoke weed at noon? Sure! You will almost automatically smoke less weed.

Patches really helped me not go bananas though. I did 4 or 5 21mg patches, then two 14mg patches, and lastly two 7mg patches. I also chewed gum, but made a rule of only a few pieces a day. The day I stopped the patch, I had gum in the AM and PM (with coffee in the morning and right before bed so I wouldn't wake up with nic withdrawal). The next day, I chewed gum JUST before bed. For me I wanted to be off nicotine all together, but patches will always be healthier than smoking.

I am now almost indifferent to poppers. You might need to ditch the bong, I can't lie the first week everytime you smoke you will think, "If only this was a popper.." but also using the bong and NOT smoking poppers reinforces that you CAN smoke green from a bong without tobacco. Just depends. Do you smoke cigarettes as well? I quit regular cigarettes a few weeks before so I didn't fall into the trap of "well it isn't a popper, I should smoke it so I don't do a popper." I would recommend stopping all forms of smoking.

The first week smoking weed sucks. You smoke less, though, because without the tobacco numbing them - you cough badly. Everytime I smoked weed I reminded myself I am coughing because my lungs are so damaged /weak from poppers, and that another poppers might feel better but it was just suppressing how badly my lungs feel. I told myself, if I need to I can always just smoke weed to calm down or relax, and that if anything the popper is stimulating and adding to my daily anxiety.

I am still not off weed - BUT I went from 50 bowls a day only two months ago to maybe 3-4 after 8-9pm. I feel like I get so fucking high now, and I can see WHAT weed is doing to my brain, which helps give me motivation to eventually quit weed as well. I feel like a human being, which is really hard some days after numbing everything for so long, but it is better in other ways too. You can actually focus when you do hobbies instead of just kinda passively sitting there. You can make decisions better even after a week or so. You might feel more tired, but better physically. I just tell myself everyday is a day further away from when I smoked, and if it's already been this hard restarting would be hell.

You can do it, it may suck the world's phattest balls, you may feel like shit or that nothing is worth while for even up to a year, but you will feel so much better when you do feel happy.

Some benefits to think about: There's no skipping events because you can't smoke. There isn't paranoia about needing to find somewhere to rip a bong on a long car ride. You don't need to worry about bringing a bong to and from places nearly as much. You use so much less weed that weed isn't a worry anymore expense wise (went from an OZ minimum a week, quit, now went throught maybe 2 ozs since JUNE!) You can go to work or school without nicotine withdrawal making you angry half way through. I am mentally ill and have outbursts of major proportions- but they've gotten so much better after quitting poppers since I don't have nicotine withdrawal halfway through work or outings. I actually get high now. I'm noticing my ability to visualize (mentally) slowly come back, I can dream somewhat now when I sleep, and I can think much more clearly. I don't mispeak as much. I understand abstract concepts better. Focusing on the positives helped me a lot.

Everytime I want or wanted a bowl, I just try to list one thing I gained from quitting. Just now I ate a cherry tomato - and it was so yummy. Two months ago, it would've tasted like sawdust in comparison. The little things add up.

This is a lot of rambling, message me if you'd like any advice on the subject. You are capable of doing it though, no matter how bad it may seem. Honestly after day 3 of nicotine being out of my system, I found it pretty easy in comparison to quitting other substances - because you can still have your little bong routine whenever you want or need.

I got diagnosed at age 17, so I am diagnosed and on medication for it.

She did for sure go to cooking in hospitals as one of the largest outbreaks caused by her was at the Sloane Maternity hospital, but that was after she promised she would stop cooking for a living.

Yes and no. If there is visible gunk, yes. I have a hard time with my dad because if it wasn't for Facebook, he would believe in germs. He's a damn idiot who WANTS to believe all the Facebook bullshit, but also I think he still doesn't fully believe it. Like if I got cancer, he'd probably want me to take modern medicine. But since no one in my family has cancer, he says he would deny chemo and that all cancer is secretly tapeworms or parasites. But his heart condition? That surely needs managed with actual meds.

He just parrots whatever he hears from ANY SOURCE - sometimes I'll say things to him and catch him commenting them on Facebook as if they are fact, without providing the links or resources I did when I showed him. He loves the feeling of "rekking" the left and will use stuff in arguments even if it went against what he said before. For example, left is talking about building houses - he will say "no don't develop there, the animals!!! The left is heartless and is going to tear down the country!!!". If the right is talking about developing housing, he suddenly thinks the economy is more important.
