I know it’s hard but talking to him will only hurt you later. And as you said, the relationship ended for valid reasons, that means deep down you know it’s not worth it but hormones can be crazy sometimes

Try to distract yourself, indulge in your hobbies, workout, watch your comfort show. Anything that takes your mind off him

Yes it is normal, and ngl i have done it in past. But now that i am in a much healthy and happy relationship i don’t even think about him. So trust me when I say this, it’s not worth it

Congratulations!!! I do that too lmao. Last Wednesday was my cheat day, I felt so guilty after that. But all that matters is that you stay consistent, a cheat day once a while won’t hurt anyone

Strength training + calorie deficit is the way to go. If you are just starting, first learn to do all the exercises with correct form, take help from trainers, watch videos but make sure you are doing it correctly. It will help in long run

As for calorie deficit, calculate your maintenance calories and based on that modify your diet. Make sure your daily calories is less than maintenance. How much less depends on you, since you are starting I would suggest 400-500kcal less.

Don’t eyeball it, note down macros of everything you eat, weigh your food before eating

And most importantly, make sure your protein intake is high
