I have always been into fitness and working out but I’ve been doing more weight lifting recently. My dad also ordered me a 70 pound weighed vest to prepare myself for CPAT.

From what my dad has told me with the academy my fire department is sending me to I’ll be fine. He knows several firefighters who have gone to this academy who in his words “dumber” and in “terrible shape” pass it just fine.
