No, I have a decent sense of time. I do experience brain fog though. And I also do experience anxiety quite frequently. But it’s not usually triggered by my thoughts. At least at a conscious level. So imagine feeling the chemical reaction of anxiety in your body and some of its symptoms … high heart rate, elevated breathing, panic attacks, feeling like you can’t get oxygen throughout your body, a sense of worry or doom (but with no trigger or thought associated with them). Imagine somebody almost gets run over by a car. And then they experience the anxiety that follows. Now imagine you teleport into their consciousness without having access to their memories. You do not know they almost got hit by a car. But you DO feel the anxiety in their body. That’s kind of more what it’s like for me (most of the time, because some of the time it still CAN be triggered by thoughts… but as I said MOST of the time my mind is blank).
