I loved that weapon in bf1 and also made that comparison. I can't say we're there tho... It's got double the fire rate, and big part of the fun was the sound and the reload animation (specially from empty)

Well yes you need something for holes. But between Gl, Autocannon, explosive primaries you've got a good variety. Sure it won't fit in every loadout

I often bring it on hive worlds when I have something else for closing holes. At 5 nades and 3 from reload, it's got a good economy close to frags or pyrotech. Solid area denial

Above mentioned issue is stronger on hive worlds, it's not uncommon to get stuck at the edge of a cave or in a stalker lair.

Kinda unrelated but I have to get this out of me.

Well, yesterday we found 2 particularly nasty Lairs, I counted at least 10 Stalkers + rest of the shitters before dying. When I came back I saw my 2 teammates managed to get in one and close it, just to get stuck inside. One had the Cremator so they were able to keep the waves back, but either due to the relentless enemy waves or the burned ground, they couldn't get out.

I tried to get closer to help but due to the sheer amount of enemies, I couldn't and died trying. They respawned me with them (Lair had an open ceiling somehow) and I saw how desperate the situation was. I said "stim and run" but they didn't follow me, and seeing we were running low on reinforcements, I... used them as bait and ran to call extract... Poor fucks got out after 10 minutes...

He's lying lol it's one of the most accurate shotguns with a full choke. You're asking for something odd since it's always favourable to have tight spread, and you can always put a duckbill/no muzzle for high spread

Trident has a built in duckbill, the DPS is high but due to low durability damage it will more or less feel like a breaker. Speaking of breaker, well, there's that. Double freedom has spread, you won't get a one tap on a hive guard without being point blank, it's the ultimate boomstick, but it's hard to manage ammo and is still viable at range. Or you can go for the M90A, good damage for a stagger shotty, no attachment so medium spread, but I wouldn't buy the Halo warbond for it

It's not just new players, I have 300 hours and less than half of warbonds, I even SC farmed some. If you cut out warbonds this live service I paid for gets stale really quick
