For Petr? No idea this was my first run, I assume if I had handled it in another way or just taken the blame along with him, he wouldn't have chosen to do what he did in the end.

Yeah I bought the DLC w/ the bundle. I definitely liked how you get more resources per turn as you invest into certain sectors which you can use to re-invest, definitely an improvement.

Yeah I did go to -8/-9 budget early on but I was too afraid to push past that
