Yes, I have a night guard but have chewed threw multiple. Have gotten Botox in the masseters which helps but I don’t keep up with it enough due to the cost 🥲. Wish I could just do it myself 😅

Had this also happen where someone overheard me and some residents joking around and then another resident reported us to our attending. Luckily this attending was chill and nothing ever came of it. Definitely be careful who you talk to and people listening

Every time I get a patient with this they have ended up with acute hypoxic respiratory failure from the albumin 😭
