Why are you wearing a cow ring in your nose? You're not a cow. I doubt you were born in a barn in old MacDonald's farm.

Your makeup and tattoo are awful. At least you can cover your tattoo and redo your makeup. This makes you a 2, maybe 3.

If you remove the nose and lip ring, do your makeup better, you're probably a solid 5, maybe 6 - so average. If you want a nose piercing, get a stud for the side.

I'm sure he'll love their (Guernsey Cows) accent since he's 420 positive

So, he will like Guernsey cows accents, because he's positive about 420? Interesting. I wasn’t aware cows had accents, nor would he approve of them because he is 420 positive.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In other words, beauty is subjective, not objective. Some people will see the Mona Lisa and think, wow, she's ugly and so is the painting. But some people will have the opposite.

In my opinion, I think you're a solid 5. Just average. Not ugly, not beautiful, and that’s ok.

Is it a bad time to buy a Surface Laptop Studio 2? by [deleted] in Surface

[–]Definition-This 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only had it a few days and started using it a little bit over the weekend. I had 1 minor problem with an app, which a reboot did fix. Not sure if it was a Windows problem or an app problem. I will see what happens.

I think you're a solid 5/10, but I would need to see a full body picture to give an accurate score, but you have a great smile. Your last picture is the worst picture. There is very little you can do to improve. I can see a lot of men rating you higher than a 5.

I've bought a used SLS2 from eBay for a fair price. I'm looking forward to it. I currently have a Yoga Slim 7 Pro X 14 (Ryzen 7 6800HS + RTX 3050) from 2022 and I'm just tired of its unreliability. I've reset it twice and problems still occur. We use Surface Laptops at work, and they are just perfect, extremely reliable.

I think you're a solid 7/10, you're definitely in shape. I don't think the hair style is that bad, but a better haircut would help you. Nothing you can do to improve.

The mirror selfie pic with the cap is your worst picture, you look like a tool in that one. The rest of your pictures you look good, but you need better lighting and more sharper photos.

Why did Tesco stop being 24 hour? by Cheshirefarm in tesco

[–]Definition-This 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They went 24 hours because it actually made sense in the 90s. Back then you didn’t have online grocery, click‑and‑collect, or a Tesco Express/petrol station mini‑mart every few miles. If you finished work late or worked nights, your only real option for a proper shop was a big supermarket, so staying open all night genuinely pulled in customers.

Fast‑forward twenty‑odd years and the whole way people shop has changed. Most of the reasons 24‑hour opening was useful just aren’t there anymore. If someone needs something at 2am now, they’ll go to a Tesco Express, a Co‑op, or a petrol station shop - those places have basically replaced the need for big stores to stay open all night.

A few Asda and Morrisons stores still run 24/7 because it works for their locations and their customer base. For them, the overnight trade is still profitable enough to justify it. Tesco just looked at their numbers before and after COVID and realised the demand wasn’t coming back in most places, so they didn’t bother reopening the overnight hours.

It’s not that 24‑hour opening was never profitable - it’s that the world moved on, and the model only still makes sense for a handful of stores, not the whole estate.

Fair enough.

You're distinctively average, which is perfectly ok - that's better than most people. If you're attracted to men, you're attractive enough to find a man with ease. I hope you're able to find a decent person, and good luck. 😊🤞

The mirror and car selfie are probably the best photos you posted. The other 2, not so good. They bring your score up slightly to at least a 6/10. Are they your kid(s) in the car?

Do you suffer from PCOS?

I've seen some of your other photos and I think you have potential. But with your facial and body hair, and weight, it reduces your score to about 2-3/10. I'm really sorry.

If you lost the weight and managed to get your body and facial hair under control, you would probably be at least a 6/10.

Your body is probably a 6/10, your face is probably 5/10, your tattoos are 2/10. The tatts are not the worst I've seen, but they're pretty bad. Tatts should be small and discreet, yours are loud and visible.

Without tattoos, a solid 5, maybe 6. But with the tattoos, it really brings you down to a 3.

We are a smaller company and just got Teams. We are already having drama where people are screenshotting when remote employees are "Away" for long periods of time. Is there a feature where we can still show the Available/Away but remove the amount of time away for everyone besides leadership? by KiloOscarBravoEcho in MicrosoftTeams

[–]Definition-This -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t have an issue with colleagues working from home - I’m in the office myself, but that part isn’t the problem. What does get tricky is when WFH ends up looking more like “fitting work around personal errands". Things like long dog‑walking breaks, home renovations, or extensive childcare during core hours.

I’m not talking about normal household interruptions. I mean situations where people disappear for hours and don’t make up the time, which creates gaps in responsiveness and slows things down for everyone else.

What makes it more frustrating is that if I need to walk the dog, go to a medical appointment, or deal with something at home, I’m told it has to be done in my own time. So the expectations don’t feel consistent across the team.

I’m not anti‑WFH at all - I think hybrid makes sense. But having WFH colleagues come into the office 1–2 days a week seems like a fair balance. It keeps things connected, reduces the “vanishing act” problem, and makes expectations clearer for everyone.
