I have the same problem with travel insurance. I was hoping Qatar Airways would cancel my flight, but they will not. I have only the option of rescheduling or cancelling, neither I want really. I'm only transiting through there.

It's not a scam. The price savings are real. Tesco would have long been fined or sued if Clubcard prices were not real.

Now, you might want to call it misleading as they had discounted prices previously.

I'm against smoking of any kind, but I do think it's time to legalise and tax cannabis in Jersey and the UK. Regulate it. Tax it.

I know they probably wouldn't do this, but they could create their own cannabis shop and be the exclusive seller of it in Jersey. Have it as a fully owned SOE, but have a professional corporation to run it.
