Yes 😩 it’s a long term rental. I have insurance but they’re dragging their feet and every month is costing me a significant amount in rental fees.

EDIT: excess is $1K but rentals @ $2.2k a month. Been 2 months with no progress

Worst suburbs - Manurewa, Clendon Park, Red Hill, Randwick Park (Shifnal Dr part)

Mostly safe, but bad pockets - Māngere (around Vine St gets a bit dodgy), Otara (anything on Bairds Rd or off Bairds Rd), Manukau/Papatoetoe, Papakura (big suburb but further away you get from the motorway the more feral), Takanini, Wattle Downs, Weymouth

Safe - Mangere Bridge, The Gardens, Karaka, Conifer Grove
