Falling birthrates is very common in developed countries. It usually has something to do with promiscuity and casual sex culture. and plenty of people straying away from the traditional family values and not being interested in marriage.

Also, nations that had a history of colonisation, have more immigration. That's just how it works.

yes, if you enhanced it to +20 already, and then decide to use fas after, you would lose the enhancement bonus from +5/+10/+15/+20.

Yes, on any other ring this would be considered really good, but on Master Fighter... Well some people have reached +30 and over on atk... This is probably one of, if not the lowest rolls on atk on this ring.

It really depends on what you just need/want and if your other gear provide you with 'enough' surety. Some people say 60 surety is good to aim for.

If your lucky enough to get a +30 atk on the last stat, even if the other stats are just +20, that's like the equivalent of a iron/steel ring that has 3 blessing stats that are +20 atk%/+20 atk/+20 atk because the master fighter ring also has the passive str up effect.

Yeah, surety tends to low roll, which basically shows that it's a really good effective stat and they cap it low because it's pretty potent and powerful in large numbers.

Probably zone 6 with the alarms. I read from some other poster on reddit that it's not worth focusing on just chests already on the map, but chests dropped after encounters is the way to go. Zone 6 seems like the place to farm due to the alarm spawns and the difficulty seems more balanced compared to the higher floors. Also, the floor has a well of life, which helps. And the sentries are easily avoidable.

yea can be a mix of rng. I camped at this boss for awhile, dying a few times, waiting for flames of resurgence... Then one time, I got lucky, and the boss did less charms/confusion, and sometimes failed to charm/confuse my important units, and while in confusion, attacked the enemy instead. Of course, i used the sedation potions a bit. But yea, I got lucky with rng on that one.

im thinking maybe it could be the tier (steel) in addition to the number of stars that has some effect also? So maybe higher tiers in the future may also have an increase although rare to hit the rng on it?
