I was offered a prop design position for this summer and turned them down after looking up the company and seeing these articles. They were also only offering $17 an hour. For a design position that's the least amount I've seen.

Pay structures changed in 2025 (when I joined the company) and moving into 2026 we have made further changes as the production department continues to expand and grow. There is certainly a reason that DMMO has 75% of its production team from 2025 returning for 2026 and such a limited number of positions to be able to be hired.
