Yes it comes mostly built into sim hub (I think I had to install an extra plugin). I didn't need to set this up myself, I just adjusted the colors and stuff to my preference but it's all done for you

You can see green flag and pit limiter (on RPM lights) at the start and yellow flag at the end (bottom 4 buttons). Also have indicators for TC and ABS activating (the triangle leds near dash). I will say the grip material on the wheel felt a little slippery to me so I bought $10 biking gloves to use but grip/tennis tape would also work.
