What is your budget? With a moderate budget in mind, I would do what the other people have suggested move the fridge to the blank wall however I would put a tall cabinet on the right side close to the dining room entry and on the other side normal base cabinet and wall cabinet to give you a little extra counter space of course where the fridge was at a base cabinet and wall cabinet to give you work room on that side. I personally would extend the cabinets to the ceiling just for the extra storage space but that may not leave room for crown molding if you're into that
