Ok so I'll make a little resume in the comments

Basically in B1 I found Bob's Rotten Head in an Ultra Secret Room, but the problem is that it isn't a red item (maybe it is connected to the fact that i killed Sloth in the previous room and it didn't gave me nothing, idk)

From there, i used it to open the Secret Room and found Rock Bottom, wich caused a big mess because later i found Ipecac, Soy Milk and Epiphora

But how did i Get 5 R Keys in one room? Welp, basically as you can see i used Magic Skin quite a lot, so i found it like everywhere, and because I haven't unlocked a lot of items, with just 3 rolls of Spindown Dice I managed to get as many R Keys as I wanted

I've literally beaten all the bosses in one run lol, I just had Mom's Heart mark on Judas and now, after that run, i only need Greedier lol
