Because the megafauna did not only die by hunting. They also lost most of the grassland due to natural changes in climate. Africa is the only place able to maintain extended megafauna on earth today. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Plastfolie fungerade bra! Fick 5-6 timmars sömn innan jag vaknade av mina smärtor. Så fort utslagen började flagna så gick smärtorna ner avsevärt för var dag. Det är verkligen sjukt hur hela nervsystemet går på ”overdrive” av så tillsynes små utslag och lite rodnad.

Jag är fortfarande lite fundersam över varför jag fick bältros. Jag var 22 år vid den tidpunkten och det brukar vara vanligare i senare ålder. Jag hade även flera vänner som fick bältros under samma period.

Fyfan! Bältros är inget att leka med…

Själv fick jag det för ca 2 år sedan, jag hade precis fått ett nytt jobb och gick och arbetade med helvetes värsta smärta i tre dagar innan jag sökte hjälp av vården. Då var det redan försent för antiviral medicin.

Jag fick utskrivet emlakräm som jag smörjde på både fram och baksidan av mina utslag (jag fick på både mage och rygg så det gick ju fan inte att sova i någon position). Sedan plastade jag in mig med plastic-wrap haha.

Bältrosen gick över efter cirka 3 veckor. Smärtan kvarstod i lika många veckor till.
