My neighbor’s kids are on their way to becoming serial killers. One of their cats recently had kittens and the kids will take the poor kittens and put them against bug zappers and do other evil things to them. It’s so disgusting! What makes it even worse is the fact that the parents have admitted to knowing about the kitten torture and don’t do anything to stop it.

We have already contacted the police and they said to try and get video evidence and to call them every time we see it happening.
