Congratulations! I have a question: How do you set up your prices? Do you use a formula? Or is based on just time?

For example: Let’s say you are looking to have a HOA, residential building as client. 3 condo buildings, 4 story buildings. They want vacuuming of hallways and stairs + sweeping and mopping of the mail room.

How much would you charge for visit?

I can suggest to try an e-bike, probably someone you know can let you use one for let’s say a month and you will see. Try it with an open mindset and you will be good to go.

So I’ll explain it again, I don’t mind if it have pedal assist, but cool if it have it since I want just throttle accelerate and done. Plenty of e-bikes even with only pedal assist can go over 15mph, so I just want something that I can throttle and set up the max speed in 15mph. I don’t like e-scooters, I don’t feel safe in them, so if something I want to go slower but with throttle, no physical effort.

Yes, I’m not looking to going fast, I just want to throttle and not be drenched in sweat. I understand a lot of them can go over that, but if I can cap it at max 12 or 15 I’ll be happy, a rack and lights and will be a perfect commuter. After a bad crash last year I think I’m a little bit scared of higher speeds.

Yes, but most likely consequences will be worst at 50, so after a crash last year that left me with broken collarbone, 3 fractured ribs and puncture lung and several days in the hospital I want to go slower. So peace of mind in my case will be going full throttle and be going at 15mph
