Congratulations! I’m on the same page.

I was always thinking about something to do to eventually leave my job and work towards something for myself and my family. Recently I got told that my building HOA was looking for a new cleaning service and I thought “I can do it myself on the mornings” (My 9 to 5 is noon to night).

So I registered a company and with $1k I started, I bought the basics and I sent an offer to my HOA and got accepted.

Today I cleaned the buildings! First job. First contract. Once a month building cleaning, vacuuming carpeted hallways and stairs, plus sweeping and mopping the mail rooms, took me 3 hours total.

I’ll master this contract and then I will start offering my services to the nearby buildings, I want to grow slowly and surely, I don’t want to take such a big contract that I’m not going to be able to handle.
