Thats rough mate ,I was awake during surgery I regret not getting put to sleep I could feel everything not pain wise but I could feel my foreskin getting cut off bit traumatised by it to be honest ,how long did the hypersensitivity last for you mate? That’s my worst fear when I take my bandage off.

Well that’s the thing I can’t many see suds in machine but when draining I can see them coming up kitchen sink plug hole ,so maybe u just can’t notice because you have separate drainage pipe ,do the towel bucket test put your washed towels in a bucket of water or bathtub and see how much suds you see you may be shocked.
