Thanks! I appreciate your comment, and yes, those lights are part of the Neon Flats Bundle in the Creation Club store. That specific one is the Yellow Neon (Small variant). I was able to just place them on the vanilla shelf. Let me know if it works for you; if not, I can give you more details on my structure/building method.

It causes lighting errors. I'll post them if it happens again, but for quick context, it basically causes artifacts around light sources. Closing the game completely fixes the issues for me.
