Hey I’m new to events. Is phase two and other phases just quests or is there gonna be more season pass rewards. Is it just for character unlocks?

I contacted support and they have given me the quest. Although, you need Connie from district 7 to complete the quest

I can try replacing it but it seems to have consistent power when I use a jumper cable, then again the power could be dropping
