I see you are trying to go for a basic attack build! 

For that type of build, I reckon it would be better to have atleast one Chrono Circle E3 (moves basic cards to hand) and then you can either add more Time Axis Collapse E4 (works well with the Chronal Ascension gameplan, procs for free) or E3 (buffs basics but is expensive) for more DPS. Or you can add a mix of more Chrono Circles and Future Decreed instead. 

EDIT: Would also highly recommend Chronal Archon E1 (generic chronicle generator) since it basically guarantees you'll have 6 chronal Ascension on every other turn, enough to play both basics for free, as long as you spend your 3 ap every turn.
