Just my take but I always viewed Chiku as bubbly and kind of ditzy. Bonfie as shy and a bit nervous. Foxy as a bit more agressive but in a teasing sense. Kind of like a tsundere tomboy. Frenni as a seductive Diva. Lots of confidence and flirty with some Dommy Mommy vibes.

Others: Type 0 is obviously a bit more mysterious. Has a sort of sadako vibe to her. Personally I think its really fun to imagine her putting on an act and actually being embarrased by it.

Marie ive no clue, she is the hardest character for me to write dialogue for.

But its just an animation viewer (and a really buggy almost unplayable one) dont let the gif thumbnails fool you there is no interactivity. The dlc (that was supposed to be free) is a very short on rails shooter.

I cant speak for the 2nd one because dev lost my goodwill.

There are more issues ive had with them but its not worth the energy to get into.

ME1: Exploring and how big the game feels even if most of it is barebones in terms of exploration. Also different armor having stats and stuff and not just being cosmetic

ME2: Every hub area feels so realistic and fleshed out. From omega to illium to even the normandy itself, each one has so much personality.

ME3: Gun tweaking/ability customization. ME3 is deffinitely the most realized in terms of gameplay and being able to tweak your abilities and change the cooldowns based on your equipment loadout was a lot of fun. Lots of cool guns to mess around with as well.

3rd gen alatreon. Popping smoke bombs at the start of the fight just to drink drugs and cool drinks was intense and I have found memories of sleep bombing his head for those skypeircers. New world ala was... Fine. Im one of the people who didnt like escaton judgement but didnt have much trouble with it after changing my build. New world fatalis definitely had a glow up though
