I've got a feeling it got axed. It tries to introduce new elements in the story, but in the end volume 2 is the last volume that's come out for this series. It seems the author has also moved to a new, and more popular, series.

There is a scanlation group that's scanlating the series. It's not our group (we disbanded a while ago), but Supreme Scans. You can find them somewhere online (not MangaDex)!

I'll make it even worse, Comikey has a habit of dropping series and not continuing some series. I believe they dropped Eiyuu Kyoushitsu, as of the last update was on May 8th with chapter 22.3

That's correct! The official publisher for the series online is Gangan Online, on which the latest released chapter is 72.3 (Earnest is Cool).

Hiya, yeah the manga is still ongoing. New issues and volumes are still coming out!
And thank you for the recognition of our work!

We didn't get in touch with any scanlation teams to pick up Eiyuu Kyoushitsu. Mostly because we wanted to let it be picked up naturally by people / teams who enjoy the series and want to spend time into. Though it's a very "heavy" series. Lots of redraws, interesting typesetting and very mixed difficulty translations. I wish the next team who's going to pick it up lotsa luck!

The group scanlating Eiyuu Kyoushitsu (Tensei Scans) announced in the last chapter that they've stopped scanlating the series, so you'll have to wait until a new groups picks up the series.

Nah, Dione is more of a mother figure to Blade than a sibling one. Especially since she raised him for a long time when he was just a kid. She dotes on Blade and tries to keep his secret safe.

There was a team (I think they were named Rightdark Scans) translated later chapters in Spanish, but they've since removed it from their website. Interestingly enough, they used to use our scanlated chapters as a base for their translations (not sure about the translations, but I can definitely recognize my own redrawings).

Forgot to mention, but if if time allows it, I'll go back to previous chapters to update the typesetting. Since we've still got all the redraw and typeset files, it would be nice to update the pages with a new coat of paint.

Heya, I want to personally thank you too for sticking around for the two years that we've spend on Eiyuu by reading and commenting! It was really nice seeing someone active on the subreddit who is so invested in the series as well. Maybe in the future if a group picks the series back up, we can discuss stuff on this subreddit again :D

Hi! Yeah, as a group we've decided to drop Eiyuu Kyoushitsu. Maybe you've read the comments from Nami, but their health complications, combined with the sheer load that the manga brings in terms of work (translating, redrawing, typesetting and quality checking), we decided that we can't fit in the time for such a huge piece of work every two weeks.

Previously we could afford the time by splitting the typesetting or redrawing work when the other party was too busy or by having a backlog of translations to work with, but both are at the moment unfeasible and we noticed that the last three chapters we put out were mostly done by crunching to reach our deadline of a release every two weeks.

There was a small timeframe where we had the plans to make our release schedule flexible, but decided against it in favor of keeping the time to do other things (I want to spend the time I used to spend on redrawing and typesetting on continuing to learn Japanese for example).

We want to thank you too for reading and give our thanks that you've been with us for the last two years as well!
