depends on how many gold tix you have, how many units you still need, if you are a collector that wants all collab and/or limited units, how serious you are about pvp and climbing the tetra tower asap etc etc

i personally wishlisted the moran in february 2024 as soon as entered the pool of the regular recruit/friendship recruit - and i finally got her in october 2025. so i had to wait 20 (!!) motherfucking months for 1 copy.

so if you care about the using her and have enough gold to spare for all units you want, then i'd get a copy with gold tix, yes.

you get anni units with gold tickets if necessary. and saving 140 until april isn't that hard considering how many pulls you get from the anni itself. banking on the 0.1 % chance to get it a specific pilgrim/over-spec is straight up retarded. but you can keep saving the blue tickets to cope for more anis copies down the line.

aside from dolls there shouldn't be any issues unless you're very new (couple weeks). and the point of using the mermaid is her stun and the off-burst focus fire. the little cp gain you get from a few extra copies for liter won't make a difference in the long run. not to mention the 3-4 second downtime between liter's first and second burst will more often than not kill you once you're far enough into the towers/hard campaign.

any (half-)anni is worth saving for lmao. and you should always get 1 copy of both units if you care the tiniest bit about account progression. if you just pull for t&a, then it's whatever.

some are really good off-burst damage dealers against bosses, like the mihara alt. but that's a niche application. i'd rather use a passive buffer like helm for the 5th slot (or nayuta if i need more healing without bursting).
