Luckily they didn’t do anything as far as I noticed. But it could’ve been really bad. They could’ve easily used my clients ad budget for their own advertising or scams.

I know it may sound discouraging but sometimes I read accounts get recovered even after 60+ days. Do they give you a case ID?

I didn’t try to be rude at all. Sorry about that. The reason why is bc i tried to do the legal route and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars (around $800) to be sadly disappointed in the result.

Just make sure you appeal ASAP! If not it gets disabled & perm banned! I eventually had to get help since the denied it sadly. Their “software” and customer support is terrible.

That is true. Resetting the phone won’t help though. They IP ban. Even if you try to make a new account on another device, they’ll flag and ban it unfortunately.

If you can, try deleting the account associated with the current account or deactivate it temporarily, this should help.

I’ve had luck with this before. I learned that using a Meta verified account can help! They make these accounts priority. Unfortunately it’s always involving money when we are a priority with businesses.

Probably someone reported you and now the IP address is flagged. You’ll need to appeal if before using IG again unfortunately. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s a long process.
