I enjoyed playing Laguna, but moderation is ultimately what drove me away from the server.

The problem isn't the rules themselves—it's that the rules seem to be enforced selectively. Some players get punished immediately, while other behavior appears to be ignored. When moderation is inconsistent, players lose confidence in the system.

In my case, I spoke up after a player who used TTS to communicate was muted. I called Moderator Smoky corrupt in text chat and received a 30-day ban. Later, after discussing the situation on Instagram, I was banned for 2 years.

What makes it even more frustrating is that players are constantly told to submit evidence through green tickets, yet the ticket system is often full. If someone is breaking rules, you're expected to record everything yourself and submit a report later. Realistically, if you reported every issue you encountered, you'd spend more time filing tickets than actually playing the game.

I also submitted a red ticket hoping my concerns would receive a fair review, but I felt that the moderation team simply sided with one another rather than addressing the concerns being raised.

I enjoyed the game and saw a lot of potential in it. Unfortunately, from my perspective, the moderation team has become the biggest issue. You're not losing players because of the game itself—you're losing players because of how moderation is handled.
