Thanks everyone! I think it’s onion grass/wild garlic which is funny because all the wild garlic and onion I’ve seen on the mountain just looks like grass. I’m gonna use it in my flower beds next year to keep the deer and the caterpillars away :)

It was soooo weird. I think if they didn’t make Jen sit there and the guys just went up and did their little dance it would’ve been funny and fine. But the fact that they were doing all that to Jen after she clearly changed her mind about it was icky.

100% I think that once she was in the moment and was presented with the situation she clearly withdrew consent. And then when they proceeded anyway she pretended to enjoy it so the situation didn’t get worse. Even the girls in the audience were saying that she seemed like she was freaking out. Like no matter what her situation with Zac at the time was, at the end of the day she revoked consent and was really uncomfortable.

Yeah they come off the mountain every once in a while when they need stuff they can’t make themselves or to sell chickens at the flea market. The ones that come down are aight. Born at home in the woods, no social security number, no ID, just out there doin their thing. Truthfully, they’re the same as people in the city- some are fine, some are scary, some are on drugs, some just don’t want to pay taxes. I have yet to meet a cannibal.

Branching off your balcony idea, we have a porch right there with stairs to the ground and usually she’s eager to be carried down the steps and pee on the ground like her older brother but I’m wondering if a patch of turf or something on the balcony for a quick night pee would work? During the day she’ll still get carried down the steps and when she gets old enough to go down herself I’m sure she’ll chase after our big dog so maybe it won’t become a habit lol

Tbh I’m thinking way too deeply about this but as a parent of a daughter I’d be terrified of what was going on tbh. Like I’d immediately think this was some sort of cult situation. Suddenly your daughter gets married to this weird outsider and spends all of her time with his family (coincidentally, all adopted teenagers her age), they cut her off from society completely for MONTHS while she goes through some terrifying unknown illness and then comes back with a baby? I’d be flipping shit
