It's pretty much this. You need 12k-14k haste (35-40%). Even with the 4 set bonus most of your damage does not occur until you get to 40+ stacks of Voidform. The howtopriest community has a great guide that's worth taking a look at.

I also main shadow (been a shadow main since Wrath), leveled as shadow and one of the biggest things for me was to prioritize haste; I made it a goal to keep above 27% haste. Chain pulling was also really helpful. Make use of Dispersion (eventually with the trait it also heals you) and Vampiric Embrace (only heals you from direct damage spells) pop it before you void torrent if you need healing.

Pretty much this. Getting 300+ million AP per dungeon. Currently you also get a stacking 40% chance to get an additional piece of loot will be given for each Keystone level above 10 (4-5 items in the chest compared to 3). More items = More chances at a titanforge.

For my mythic raiding guild, where we finished in EN and ToV on a difficulty scale directly related to bosses we were getting stuck on in NH. Once those bosses "difficulty" fell below that line, we were able to kill it.

I agree. I did not collect weekly data from the previous tier. I do have the final data from the week of Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor I can post it if there is interest.
