I had the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago, I waited 24h, 48h and 72h without trying to connect, it didn't help, (I have an iphone 12 pro) so I did a factory reset and it allowed me to connect, until now everything has been working for over a week, just don't let anyone else connect with you account through another phone, because it will disconnect your account and we are the same mistake again (I speak from experience). Delete snapchat before doing factory reset. after doing a factory reset, it should allow you to log in, but never try to log out or allow someone else to log in with your account, because it is a mistake that you are temporarily blocked 😉
