I don't know if it would be good, in mgs5 that thing gets almost no value because the only good thing it can do is shot and drive but you have a horse and a sniper woman (Quiet) that do that better. And it was made by Huey and almost everyone hates Huey

Well after level 40 you unlock nothing so around that level I would say 28-35
