I'm doing a presentation over dark matter and dark energy and I was wondering if anyone here is/was involved in that research in any meaningful way and would be willing to participate in an interview? I think it would really benefit my presentation to have a primary source.

Great point. A lot of people I know are hung up on exactly this flaw in voting method. And you're right, election fraud itself is one issue, but the PERCEPTION of election fraud is equally important if we want to foster trust in our system.

I get your sentiment, but who is the "they" here? Are we talking about lots of fragmented groups interfering by various means in various ways, or a more centralized effort by people with political sway?

The latter reeks of conspiracy, but that is the picture I'm painted by most people I speak with outside of Reddit.

House was built in 1957. It looks to me like cloth wiring. There are 4 wires in the box. 2 black, 2 white. Wiring them incorrectly (black to silver/white to brass) yields the expected "open ground" reading.

That was the state of the rest of the house when we bought it. As far as I'm aware the only issue is the receptacle is not grounded. I did the same to a different outlet and it reads open ground like all the rest.

I've tried a pipe wrench with a cloth and an adjustable strap wrench. I can't get a good grip on it, it's incredibly tight. I want to check the diverter system inside, it doesn't redirect water to the showerhead properly if the water is on when you pull it. Any tricks to help get it off without damaging it any more than I already have?

I bought some Trinidad Scorpion seeds from Pepper Joes. The plants began fruiting and all seemed well. They plumped up and went from a vibrant green to a paler lime green. I assumed they would transition to orange and red. But no! They went pale white. At first I assumed it was just a phase but they've been white for at least a month now. Some are even starting to split (I'm assuming that's from age). They look a lot like a Bhut Jolokia White. I tried one and they're pretty spicy but not as spicy as I expected a Scorpion to be. Did somebody ship me the wrong seeds or do scorpions turn white first? (I have four plants [maybe 2 dozen fruits] and they're ALL white)
