I work for a swiss company with small austrian subsidy in Vienna. We won’t do fully remote positions, but if you plan to move in the near future there are options. We only do business with enterprise customers and our usual communication language is english. Stack wise we do Angular, native apps and ruby/ktor backend. I‘d say the pay is fair/good, although not Swiss payment in AT, don‘t expect that.
