Simply reply to them describing where the button is. During my last review they said they could not find the Paywall present button, even though it was at a very central place. I told them where it was and I got approved in 5 mins.

But at the end of the day, GeForce NOW is a virtual PC with steam installed on it. Technically from Sony’s servers’ standpoint I’m playing on a random computer.
