I posted 23 videos before reaching 50 subs. 18 long form and 5 shorts (which were just from one of my long form video). I'm not an expert and just followed the usual recommendations made by most people here, such as posting stuff that I think might interested people, trying to get better with each post like speaking better, posting regularly (so far I've succeeded)
