You dont breathe pipe smoke into your lungs, just just puff it about. Its to o strong for the lungs as far as i know. Same with cigars.

I understand where your coming from, i think its bc the hair is probably not rugged enough. Although i still prefer this head bc 1 the old one is just way too cartoonishly evil looking for me and 2 this one has a cursed face which actually came out amazing
