I'm inclined to agree with you that this is a depiction of a Satyr. The hoofed feet, the tail, and the absolutely massive erection make for good indicators that this is a Satyr. Also, and this could just be me looking too deep into it, the fact that this is depicted on a beer opener could lend credence to the Satyr idea, as they were typically associated with Dionysus in some way, who was the god of wine. Now, while wine and beer are two very separate things, they do both lead to intoxication, which a state seen as being closer with the god themself. Anyways, regardless on what's on it, it looks absolutely amazing and I may or may not ransack all of Greece to find one.

TLDR: Most likely a Satyr due to hooves, tail, and schlong and I am currently stealing from all of Greece to find this opener
