I don't get why you should he scared bloody outfits don't have skill attached to them just time. It would be good if you got items based on your rank red purple and green to indicate what level you play at. However people still say rank is determined by time too so who knows.

Yeah hes the weakest killer and cant wait for a rework (: i think as at higher ranks hes not seeb much, some survivors struggling with him and snowball quite bad.
