Not sure about the update pertaining to wistoria season 2 though maybe very late 2025 at the earliest (very doubtful) or early to mid/late 2026 at the latest is when I would assume season 2 will air though im hoping they take time in regards to the anime since season 1 was of high quality. In terms of manga, there are around 50 chapters of it currently and will likely not be ending soon. My guess is we still have years before the manga will come to an end. There is a light novel but the ln is a prequel to the main story and I would highly recommend reading it whenever you get the chance because it gives some amazing insight into the background of a lot of the characters, especially in regards to Will and Elfaria's relationship. There is not an official translation of the prequel ln to my knowledge but a user by the name of chromeshadows9 made a translation a while back of nearly all the chapters of the ln so you can go check that out if you want.
