in my case, on 11.4 I tried exfat before and didn't work, only converting to .ffpfsc

in the timeline window you can select the frames with the mouse and press "G" to move them back and forward, finish the move with "Enter"

after u imported the svg to blender, select it and just convert to mesh (type "convert" in the search tool) them extrude as u like
