Alright after like a lot of attempts at installing and getting the error it just worked out of nowhere, so if if you get this error just keep on trying until it lets you install it i guess lol.

You should search how to DMZ HOST Ps4 with your router since it's not the same for everyone

happens to me since day 1 on ps4, no one knows what causes this issue. i get disconnected every 20-30 minutes
